It was a very pretty (but hot) locale. We got sealed in the Orlando temple 2 years later. If I were to get sealed in Utah tho, I certainly would like the Payson Temple - I really like the design of that temple - although I think the landscaping needs some maturing. Salt Lake would also be on my short list, but I think it is very busy in that regard. Back east the Washington temple and out west probably the San Diego temple.

He passed away in Dec 1998. A year and one day later I was sealed to him in the Portland OR temple.... I have every confidence he has accepted the ordinances performed for him and he awaits me, somewhat impatiently I imagine... GG 10

For a moment, I thought you were saying you didn't remember which temple you were married in. That would be something you might not want to admit to your wife.

GG Temples are nice to look at, but I don't place them so high that they become the end all or be all. And the exorbit cost to build them vs. helping countless lives. VGJ & GG, I know some temple marriages that aren't that great. I know plenty of marriages outside the temple that seem to be just as beautiful or better.
