ksfisher Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 If you look at the top stories also listed on the web page I think you'll be able to put this story in it's proper place.
The Nehor Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Yep, looks authentic: World News Daily Report is an American Jewish Zionist newspaper based in Tel Aviv and dedicated on covering biblical archeology news and other mysteries around the Globe. Our News Team is composed of award winning christian, muslim and jewish journalists, retired Mossad agents and veterans of the Israeli Armed Forces. We are based in Tel Aviv since 1988 where are published more then 200,000 copies of our Daily Report paper edition everyday. The World News Daily Report is basically an online tabloid. So unless you believe that Bigfoot's love child was born last week and that the Chinese are drilling a hole through the earth to shoot missiles at the US I would ignore this report. Snopes gave them their own page. 1
CA Steve Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Well if you believe what is printed in the Enquirer and other tabliod rags then WNDR is not much more of a stretch. If you go to their home page and read some of their other stories you get a sense of their standards of journalism.

The Nehor Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 I really want to be a journalist at a publication like that. Just type up my weird dream from the night before and say it is news and call it a day.
RevTestament Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 The WNDR is basically the National Enquirer of the Internet. The plates pictured are actually plates owned by a dude in Jordan called the "lead Codices of Jordan." He claims they were found in a cave in Jordan along with other plates. The picture was probably stolen from Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jordan_Lead_Codices
JAHS Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 (edited) These plates in the photo have been around for a few years. Here's a news article about them: Could this be the biggest find since the Dead Sea Scrolls? Seventy metal books found in cave in Jordan could change our view of Biblical history Edited February 16, 2016 by JAHS 1

rodheadlee Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 What does BYU say about it? They are sitting on the archaeological results from Adam-ondi-Ahman . Why would they not sit on this?
VideoGameJunkie Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 I found the plates, but instead of giving them to the church, I sold them on ebay to buy a PlayStation 4. I really am a bad video game junkie. 1
