I knew a kid in England named Nephi. His family weren’t members. They just knew someone who was and liked the name.

I see a lot of Ammons.  It is a good sounding name, imo.  I am surprised I don’t see more Enoses.

I had two Polynesia siblings in my last ward named Jared and Mahonri.  Non-members would think it a weird name for a white boy, but since it sounds Polynesian, he pulled it off well.

I went to college with a guy whose first name was "Mormon".

But even before I joined the Church, the local kids called me by the name of a Jaredite king.  He was the grandson of Aha, and the grandfather of Ether.  They must not have been fond of the Jaredites because they said it like it was a bad thing.

This reminds me of the first time I visited the ruins at Tulum south of Cancun.  I wanted a guide that was Mormon to see if he had any unique insights to the ruins.  When I asked, I was referred to Lemuel. He said his parents had 6 boys all named after Book of Mormon characters.  Unfortunately his parents were inactive when he was born and didn’t realized they named him after the rebellious son of Lehi

the next time I went, we got Moroni as our guide, one of Leumel’s brothers

I think my sister may have run into someone from the same family when she went to Cancun in February 2021. 

When they went to take one of the tours to see some Mayan ruins, they saw a guy wearing a BYU hat, but he was from that area.  They started a conversation with him and he told them his name was Mosiah, and that he had two brothers, one named Lamoni, and the other named Lemuel.  My sister (or her husband) asked him, why would your mom name a kid "Lemuel"?  The guy answered that he just thought his mom was trying to buck the trend and give the name another chance.  That seemed to work out for him, because the guy named Mosiah said he was a branch president, but his brother Lemuel was a stake president.

Thats almost exactly like a story in a scene in the Mormom Mockumentary film, mocking Mormon film making, The Work and the Story. Told by one of the fictional film director characters, she had two sons she named after Book of Mormon Prophets, and she was inactive at the time, but when asked what their names were, she says, "Laman and Lemuel". (special guest Richard Dutcher is "found" with a beard, a joke being it was a couple years after he quit making Mormon films, so it's like he'd been lost or stranded.)

Slight derail, since the following is not a "Mormon" name, but if you were Mr or Mrs Bodley, would you seriously name your son Hedley? I worked with a guy whose parents did that to him.
