Is it Wrong to Hate a Specific Race?

I have been shamed for this repeatedly but I really think this race is inferior and messed up. Virtually everyone belonging to the race is on some kind of drug cocktail while claiming their successes are due to hard work and grit. It is sad and pathetic that the entire race is an embarrassment to the rest of humanity.

I am of course talking about the Tour de France.

It is also boring.

My diabetes shakes don’t have alcohol in them. Whole milk, Blue Bell vanilla ice cream, white chocolate cocoa powder, and caramel topping. Perfectly healthy and nutritious. Now if I could just get my hands to stop shaking.

I thought you were alluding to a steeple-chase.  Which can get messy.

I watched a couple of the biopics too. It really is quite shocking!

Well I would have preferred it if the Jamaicans had actually won the race depicted in cool runnings, but I can't really hate bobsleigh because of it.

Sanka, you dead?

I haven't. Is that a sportball movie? I've only ever seen one of those.

Yeah, and I am pretty sure they would actually disqualify me from many athletic competitions. They also have lots of fun side-effects. For better or worse though it is better than not taking it.

There are only so many time you can hear the “Hello darkness my old friend” song before it starts to get tedious.

I don’t think doping gives anyone an unfair advantage in cycling...it's only an unfair advantage if someone isn’t doing it. 🚵🏽‍♀️🚵‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Was it the one where the disillusioned coach ends up with a team or misfits or adversarial players fighting amongst themselves? Then the coach and the kids grow together and learn a lot of lessons about life, hope, and determination? Then they go on to win the championship?

I like that one.

That sounds less unbearable.

I think it's a good old movie. It really gives you an idea what sailing is all about.

I bet you even swept the kid’s leg and he still somehow kept going.

Not personally but our jocks would have lined up for the chance. Guessing that is related to being last in the state.
