I read through that whole thing and just going "what?"  and "that doesn't make sense", etc.

As I said, they got a good many of the facts wrong.

"I know Ed Lloyd.  Ed Lloyd is a friend of mine.  Scott, you're no Ed Lloyd." :D:rofl::rofl::D *

* No, I don't know the "other" Mr. Lloyd.  I simply borrowed and altered the famous put-down that "Lord" Lloyd Bentsen put to such effective use during the 1988 Vice Presidential Debate between Dan Quayle and him.  (Though I don't know how effective it was: Michael Dukakis and he lost the election. ;) )

P.S.: I don't know about Ed Lloyd, Scott, but you're A-OK in my book! :D

P.P.S: Actually, we should turn that around: "Ed, we know Scott Lloyd.  Scott Lloyd is a friend of ours.  Ed, you're no Scott Lloyd." :friends::good:

I wasn't really scandalized by the Knights of Columbus membership (ecumenism is a good thing), but the realization that you have a plural wife and children in Virginia threw me for a loop.  :pirate:

Ummm, wouldn't your appointment simply be the latest scandal for the Trump Administration.:unknw:

I'm deeply honored by this appointment and shall do my best to live up to the trust placed in me.

The article got a good many of the facts wrong, but I'm inclined to be tolerant.

So can we call you "E" for short?

Does this give you authority to not let Donald back into the country? If so can you deny him entry as a personal favor?

To you or to Trump?

Both, I think we would both be better off. My perusal of the news would be less depressing and he could get away from the stress of his job for a while. Poor guy could use a vacation.

Did you see him dancing in Saudi Arabia? Looks like he's enjoying himself.
