Not sure I understand what you mean by "nor room for it".

No room for disagreement.

I think your reaction comes from indoctrination that causes you to inseparably conflate hatred and racism of any flavor.

It's more likely my reaction comes from first person narratives and unsanitized histories of racial based mistreatment.

This isn't a dodge.  You are attempting to convince people that because I view the Adamic race and the Negro race as distinct, that this automatically and unequivocally means that I am a hateful and/or prideful person.

I don't believe it is healthy to impose such a conflation.

No, you are putting words in my mouth.  For the second time, I never used the word “hate”, I used the word “supremacy”.   Unless God is not supreme, the white race is by definition the supreme race according to your beliefs.

Everything in that passage above is true, we just have a different manner of interpreting it.

That verse stands or falls on its own merits.   Appeal to societal norms does not salvage the position you are defending.

You appear to me to be cherry-picking things to justify the world departing from age-old plain understanding

You appear to me to be rationalizing trust in the arm of the flesh over the word of God when it is in black and white right in front of you (2nd Nephi 26:33, previously quoted).  That "age-old plain understanding" you fall back on is what allowed presumably otherwise good people to rationalize slavery.

What is the law that is written in your heart?  Does it really feel right to look down on another man as inherently inferior to you?  And if not, why would you go along with whatever convoluted line of reasoning leads to that conclusion?  Come on man - free yourself!  You have a good heart, I can tell you're not completely comfortable with it, this isn't the real you!!

(And just for the record, I'm familiar enough with that "age-old plain understanding" of racial purity to knowingly choose otherwise.  I've lived with two different fundamentalist groups, as an investigator.)

Even when compared to historical (i.e. 19th and early 20th century) LDS teachings, this is some pretty weird stuff.

When I write out my last will and testament I will most likely bequeath everything to my children.  This won't be after I have surveyed everyone on Planet Earth and figured out some special way to tell my children that I gave all of my stuff to them because they are the most superior creatures on the planet.  It will simply be because part of me lives on in them.  So while they are of superior interest to me personally, I would not want them thinking that these blessings from me gives them any right to fancy that they are above or superior to anyone else on the planet.

Blacks are not the children of God?

Now, if I was extremely wealthy and there were others outside of who I bequeathed it to who coveted this wealth, I wouldn't put it past some thieving schemers to come up with some ruse to try and abscond with the inheritance that I decreed to go to my children only.

Do you mean to say the Black Race is trying to steal the blessings of God from the White Race?

Well, someone was wondering what sets Shiloh apart. An era where US whites weren't winding up with the 1st cut would be unprecedented.

Dang. Back to nationbuilding school.

So @ProphetShiloh, I'm sorry but the blatant racism really took the fun out of your insurgency. Even the codgers here aren't likely to dig on a faith that serially hazes black families in God's name.

I can't speak for the board but nevertheless, I'm suggesting your racism go away and die in the heart of the sun.

I'm not saying you should leave because you seem pretty cool if overly wordy. You'd still have to live with the brilliant sisters here wiping the floor with your harem notions but that's the kind of car crash we all show up for.

Also, any chance of you wife stopping in? No one would be unkind and we have Qs. Thanks.

And, yes, Ishmael, Esau, and Judah all intermarried with Canaanite women and brought those traits into the posterity of Abraham.  This interbreeding thing of Judah is why Jesus and the Pharisees didn't get along.  They taunted him as being the child of fornicationthrough Tamar and he retorted them by addressing their Canaanite lineage through Sheleh's foreign wives thereby attributing them to be the offspring of Cain, who Jesus referred to as the liar and murderer in the beginning.

This is minor compared to the rest but I admit to a minor giggle that a self-proclaimed prophet decides that that scriptural passage is Jesus and the Pharisees having a playground argument over whose ancestors were bigger whores.

I believe I understand your distress, and hope that I do.  But, I don't want to trivialize it in the least.

I say this because it wasn't easy for me when I had to face the information that I faced that brought me to where I am.  Do please consider that what I am and what you perceive me to be should be carefully sorted out.  I also wouldn't want to be of a state of mind to deceive myself to think I am a loving person when in fact I am not.  I just want whatever love that I have to conform to the will of God, whatever that is that is also agreeable to my own soul.  Many people throw away God because they encounter things like this, but God has proven to be more wise and intelligent than me so I wish to have fidelity to what I understand his will to be.

Yes, I have heard this approach before. Virtually all supremacists pretend they had to have it beaten into their head that one race or group is superior through experience and education and it defeats their original presumption of egalitarianism. If memory serves Hitler loved to regale his guests with the story of meeting his first Jew and being forced to conclude they are inferior. Fortunately he dated that story to when his family moved. One of his schoolyard playmates from before the move said he was an anti-Semite before the move and his supposed encounter.

I also doubt your white supremacist views spontaneously grew out of your religious views. I suspect it was more of a backfill.

There were some ideas thrown around involving the Curse of Cain but the idea that black people had different souls that were more bestial and of some different line? No. This is out-racisting our early racists. There was more excuse in their era. This is vile.

I've read just about every statement I can find on this matter. I assure you, shiloh's stuff is next, next, next level.

I haven't forgotten that Jesus was of the tribe of Judah.  The Jews were gathering back to the southern kingdom prior to the coming of Jesus, but they went back into exile and were scattered again after they rejected him and had him murdered.  They were caused to "drink deep and large from the cup of her sister".  When Rome came into the southern kingdom area in 70 AD they slaughtered all the Jews who had not gone ahead and opted for self-exile.  We aren't even certain to what extent they were prevalent in number even when they were gathering back after Cyrus of Persia fostered them doing so.  We know that there wasn't a cleansing of the land of promise, aka genocide, of the non-Israelite inhabitants so they likely yet shared the region with a wide variety of people.

That image is false speculation.

We do know that Abraham's wife Sara was special and that she was fair and beautiful.  She would have stood out as a fair-skinned woman in that region.  Noah was known as a fair-skinned being, though Noah is a flesh-and-bone being rather than a singular individual human.  This means that Noah represents a plurality of people, all of whom would have needed to bear those characteristics for them to be attributed to Noah.  So we know that the progenitor of the continuation of the pure Adamic race was Noah and the members of his flesh-and-bone body all had the characteristics of fair skin at the least, but which also goes along with the recessive trait of blueness of the eyes.

As for the duration of the races, the model of creation that I teach is that the Adamic race renews itself over and over each cycle.  This is why God commands them to "multiply and replenish" the earth.  The concept of replenish is key.  There is an implication here that God is referring to a process that is cyclical in nature.  There was another Adam back further from the Adam of 6,000 years ago.  There is a new Adamic race being put together right now.  This Adam will foreordain his new world out for the next cycle.  This is why Adam prophesies all that shall befall his posterity to the end of that world.  He just got through spending his life foreordaining (naming) it all.  And, at the end of that cycle, there will be a new Adam, and the cycles will just continue to repeat from eternity to eternity in eternal rounds.

I did not say that the Onias revelations teach that non-Adamic people can have the priesthood.  They absolutely cannot hold any priesthood of God.  All people who have Negro blood are disallowed to hold the priesthood of the Adamic race.  I do not know if there is any sort of a patriarchal priesthood for the Negro race and what their provisions are for non-Negro people or mixed with non-Negro people are.  Elohim has these provisions and we simply need to respectfully honor the will of our patriarchal Father while meaning no offense or insult to anyone in so doing.

The Onias material does say that the people of the Negro race have a soul that functions as the souls of the beasts do, which I personally take to mean that they are a race of people who have not become fully self-realized.  I currently presume that they seem to be more in their element living in what we would call their primitive ways.  The movie "The Gods Must Be Crazy" comes rather close to making my point.  The "gods" are definitely crazy from their point of view.  Attempting to forcibly induct them into the Adamic society is either bad for them or bad for both in some way.  Elohim forbids it and so we either go along with that or we posture ourselves as an enemy of Elohim.

According to the revelations that I received, if the Negro people wish to also come and be in Zion, there are provisions for them to do so.  The provisions for them in Zion, oddly enough, entail providing for them very much what Socialism/Communism is attempting to promise everyone.  For them to be in Zion they will have everything they need provided for them in the way of housing, food, medical care, occupational education, etc., and they will also have their work assignments that they are required to do.  They are to be treated well and kept healthy in their circumstances.  If they aren't happy with their circumstances then they will need to leave Zion and perhaps go to their own land with their own people.  Any who are found to be cruel to them will incur intense disrespect as the culture of Zion will give no place for such.

Serious question. How many "negros" or "mixed with non-negro" people do you know? That you know and have had deep conversations with about their religious or spiritual experiences?

With luv,

BD

I feel rather honoured to have received at least four downvotes from him -- in fact, I think I was his first downvote on this forum! -- along with a personal message complaining that I wasn't treating him with the required respect.

I'm reminded of the words that Milton placed in Jesus's mouth in Paradise Regained: 'Of whom to be dispraised were no small praise'.
