Women and men are equal unto God. We just have different roles to play.

And the role women play is inferior to that of men.

I'm always impressed by the amount of disdain you're able to inject into just a few lines of text.

It's Russell's gift of the Spirit.

Did anyone read the article from The Meridian?   Gotta love it!

I did. Some are hilarious and others are just plain sad.

It can be but brings up a discrepancy that needs to be seen .

Yep, the best way to judge your status is by secular standards. Did not the Savior say that he who would be greatest among you should be your leader? Wait......he didn't? Huh......

Typical.

Women are inferior in the LDS Church.

It is beyond dispute.

Answering the following two questions make it plain:

1. Could the LDS Church function without women?

2. Could the LDS Church function without men?

See how obvious it is?

Your inflammatory statements aren't fact.  Knock it off.

Actually it's obvious to me that the Church couldn't function completely with only one sex, no matter which it was.

Is that entirely beyond your comprehension?

It seems to be a gift we share, Russell.

;)

(1) I am on first name terms only with those who are courteous enough to return the favour. Since that doesn't include you, kindly refrain from addressing me by my first name in the future.

(2) I don't actually post unless I have something of substance to share. You would be a more valuable asset to the board if you were to follow my example.

What was the point you were trying to make?

That seems to be a very misogynistic statement.

Perhaps you are projecting. . . ?
