None that I'm aware of. My point was that the Church prefers (and insists?) on getting explicit government approval before sending in missionaries and building Temples. So having fly-by and sail-by ordinances might not fit their existing model and precedent 1

Even most members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints won't know about it. I've wondered, will someone the Church of Jesus Christ headquarters switchboard regarding an urgent matter, request to speak with the Prophet, and be told he's not available; whereupon he will say, "Oh, that's OK. I understand he's busy. A member of the Twelve will do." Whereupon the caller will be told, "Oh, I'm sorry. None of the Twelve are available, either"; whereupon he will say, "Okay, a member of the Presidency of the Seventy will do." Whereupon the caller will be told that none of them are available, either. Whereupon a wild rumor will start about important goings-on taking place in Missouri. 2

Behold, the power of Google: https://bookofmormonstudynotes.blog/2019/02/26/what-offering-will-the-sons-of-levi-make-in-righteousness/#:~:text=Behold%2C the great day of,Lord an offering in righteousness.&text=And our offering to the,we do on their behalf. In September, 1832, the Lord promised Joseph Smith, “The sons of Moses and also the sons of Aaron shall offer an acceptable offering and sacrifice in the house of the Lord, which house shall be built unto the Lord in this generation.” Who were these sons of Moses and Aaron? The Lord went on to clarify: the sons of Moses and of Aaron shall be filled with the glory of the Lord, upon Mount Zion in the Lord’s house, whose sons are ye; and also many whom I have called and sent forth to build up my church. For whoso is faithful unto the obtaining these two priesthoods of which I have spoken, and the magnifying their calling, are sanctified by the Spirit unto the renewing of their bodies. They become the sons of Moses and of Aaron and the seed of Abraham, and the church and kingdom, and the elect of God (Doctrine and Covenants 84:31-34, italics added). So by participating worthily in the ordinances of the priesthood, we are adopted into the family of Moses and Aaron (and therefore of Levi) and are able to offer an acceptable offering in the house of the Lord. 1

The Temple Mount construction will have to be positioned and structured in such a way as to fulfill prophecies having to do with the waters gushing forth from under the porch and streaming through a newly created valley (caused by the split of Mount of Olives, one half moving to the north, the other to the south). This water will be voluminous enough as to flush out (refresh) the Dead Sea. 2

This is an honest question: What would need to be relocated? In recent months, Dan Peterson has been posting draft excerpts from his forthcoming and eagerly-awaited revision of Abraham Divided: a Latter-day Saint Perspective on the Middle East. When the prospect of constructing a Temple on the Temple Mount came up, I pointed out that according to one source I have read (David J. Ridges, 65 Signs of the Times Leading up to the Second Coming, Springville UT: CFI (2009)) there is no scripture that says that the Temple at Jerusalem must be built precisely on the site that the Dome of the Rock occupies currently, and Brother Ridges says there is plenty of room for both. Now, granted, the "take-no-prisoners" and "give-no-quarter" attitudes among the most militant of Jews who would love nothing better than to use the construction of the temple as an excuse to pulverize the Dome of the Rock, combined with corresponding attitudes of the militants on the other side of the question, who would gladly see every Jew wiped off of the face of the earth before they would see a Jewish Temple built anywhere near the Dome of the Rock, would have to be overcome first. Certainly, that is, to put it mildly, no easy feat. But Brother Peterson pointed out that Brother Ridges is right: Since the Temple Mount is 40 acres in size, there is plenty of room for both. Now, who do you suppose might be excellent candidates for mediating any disputes between Jews and Muslims about a Jewish Temple being constructed on the Temple Mount, in the relative vicinity of the Dome of the Rock? I don't know how this would come about, if at all, but I do know that the Lord works in mysterious ways. And given the relationships that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had to forge and has had to continue to nurture over the years both to construct and to maintain the BYU Jerusalem Center (relationships with both Jews and Muslims), personally, I would nominate one or more members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for that delicate task. Just sayin'! I’ve gotten more liberal in my interpretation of this prophecy over time. Not because I don’t believe that it could happen, but because I think it’s possible we’re looking at this too narrowly and maybe missing the mark. (Not necessarily suggesting this is my complete belief, but more that I’m open to this particular interpretation). But I’d have to go back and see the wording of the actual prophecy about the temple being rebuilt. I think that can refer to a literal structure, but what’s more important isn’t the actual tangible building or location, but the larger eternal significance. In Christ’s day, the temple seemed to be rebuilt more from a secular/political undertaking (relative to how we envision temples being built today under the direction of those with keys and authority). And though the temple was the center of worship at that time, you can certainly argue that this was the Lord’s house inasmuch as it was the focus of people’s faith, rather than it was God at the head of the organization in whose hands the temple belong from a worldly view. From this perspective, the temple being “rebuilt” may have even more meaning and symbolism as a temple restoration happening under divine direction, and endowed with authority to carry out the ordinances that connect one to eternity, so that the temple could actually fulfill its eternal purpose. So, from that view, this prophecy could have started to be fulfilled at the coming of Elijah, and is fulfilled today with the original purpose of the temple not just being on earth, but many places. Then, too, there could be an alternative view that perhaps when he said the temple would be rebuilt, that it certainly could be literally done there and may not be a temple in the sense we see it now, but more something that’s a symbol of people unifying their faith for a sacred purpose.

That's really pushing it. The problem with interstellar travel in the real world is that it can't be achieved with chemically-fueled rockets. Such propulsion methods can only get vehicles up to a certain speed, and then that's it because no more fuel. Unless one adds a few more mph via gravitational assist, and that only works until one uses the last planet. Both Voyager probes used gravity assists (V1 used Jupiter and Saturn; V2 used all four gas giants) to ramp up their speeds, but the fastest of the two (V1 at 38,026 mph) would still take nearly 74,000 years to reach Proxima b, assuming it were pointed there, which it isn't. At that speed you'd need a generation ship to get any humans to Proxima, and how long could such a ship last anyway without life-support systems breaking down and killing everyone? What kind of power generation system could last 74K years? There ain't any. There is talk about using ion thrusters to get to Proxima, but such engines still require propulsion mass -- matter that is thrown backwards to generate forward thrust. And that gets used up over time, and still requires electric energy. And hyperspace is a dream within a dream. It's so sad. I dream of interstellar travel, but in the real world? Nuts. 1
