Men are openly declared to be toxic by their very nature, just as whiteness is used to demean all white folk as automatically and systemically racist. That was not what we had in mind when I marched with Dr King's SCLC back in the 60s. The great MLK legacy is being systematically destroyed by members of the Marxist DEI cult. Top women college presidents made it a policy to entertain and encourage this sort of Orwellian DEI thinking, and to tolerate anti-Jewish activity on campuses across the country. The female president of Harvard obtained her position simply because she was a woman, with no consideration of merit. Turns out that she plagiarized her doctoral dissertation and other papers written by her. Lying and dishonesty has become the norm in such instances, and has also deeply infected politics. This is not actually happening. It is what some people want some other people to believe. It is cute how the demographic with the most power in our society is trying to cast themselves as persecuted victims. Wait, not cute. What’s the word I am looking for? Oh, right, crazy. It is crazy. In there is the implicit idea that transgender anarchists or whatever are the really powerful group who are secretly controlling things despite being a persecuted minority. It is 1930s German thinking. The Jews are maginalized and we all don’t like them but somehow they are secretly powerful and are causing all of our problems. And people fall for it EVERY time. We learn nothing. 7

DEI requires that appointments be made which will fill a necessary gender/racial/political/social/oppressed identity, and merit is never a valid consideration. The cart is always put before the horse. This is particularly common in Marxist societies, but has recently been adopted in some Western polities. It requires the dumbing down of everything. Unwillingness to kowtow to the DEI powers that be (disloyalty), results in automatic expulsion from the list of potential candidates.

CFR the bold…and from actual DEI administrators, please, not their critics. I can see this being a perception of critics (which may be how you intend it), but it seems highly unlikely that it is actually part of the DEI process in interviews, etc. Edited January 17, 2025 by Calm 7

Popular Post Doctor Steuss Posted January 17, 2025 Popular Post Posted January 17, 2025 (edited) I'm friends on social media with a few people here, and I'm sure they can attest that I'm white as all get-out. I'm also a man, and do a lot of stereotypical "man" things (do most of the work on my vehicles myself, shoot guns, lift weights, go camping, mend fences and help wrangle cows for branding, etc.). I've never been called racist (or if I ever have, it was so long ago that I can't even recall it), or been made to feel like me being white makes me bad, or felt demeaned for being white. I also can't recall ever being called toxic, or had my masculinity targeted as being toxic. If you believe you're regularly being called racist, and made to feel like your masculinity is toxic, it might be cause for introspection. Perhaps it isn't the world that's the problem and in need of change. Edited January 17, 2025 by Doctor Steuss 9

They are enemies of the open society, and make every effort to extirpate the bogeymen of free speech and due process. Read the works of Robin DiAngelo and Ibram X. Kendi for prime examples of this sort of demented thinking. It does indeed seem hardly likely that anyone would take us back to the days of George Corley Wallace and Lester Maddox, but they and their coterie of companions have done just that.

I have to presume that you're attacking the concept of colorblindness? 1

But I know applying for a job or getting stopped by a cop, I don't every have to worry about the color of my skin. Maybe even a lot of the time, skin color is not an issue. But I do know that sometimes it is a factor. Pretending that the world is colorblind is not a life many people in this world and specifically this country have experienced. Some places are definitely worse than others. 3

Only those who are qualified should get the job. Western civilization has thrived on those principles, and DEI is dedicated to burn it to the ground. As Dr King said: ""I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." I am all for meritocracy if the playing field is equal. Have you even looked at stats for what is spent to educate children and other such opportunities by zip code? The playing field is not equal. Check out large inner cities. Also check out very rural school districts that are primarily white, which I add that because and even playing field in not just a white vs black or brown issue. Also, do you think the US us beyond looking an skin color vs content of character? You really think western civilization has thrived on meritocracy? Meritocracy is a relatively new concept in Western society. What things specifically in DEI is designed to burn down western civilization? 5

We just have to show that women and minorities are disproportionately overrepresented in positions of power and influence and that white men are underrepresented. *looks at society* LOL, how do you believe this? 5
