Heard from an Utahan Temple Worker that 150 Temples might be announces within the next 3 years. Can I get an amen or confirmation of such ?

Why not?  The Church has already built a temple using a modular design where each piece is created offsite.  The Helena Temple was assembled in two weeks after all the modules were delivered.  Now they need to use FSY to gather all the young Minecraft nerds in the church to start designing additional temples.

My husband's relative is an apostle and I can confirm that 150 temples might be built in the next 3 years.  Of course you have to consider my husband has never met the apostle and the link is like 6-7 generations back.  But also considering the word "might" and according to wikipedia " 58 currently under construction, and 81 others announced (not yet under construction)" then I feel ok to confirm 150 "might" be built.

I believe President Nelson announced 15 new temples in April. You sure they didn't just mistakenly add a zero on to that?

Maybe someone could do some back-of-a-paper-bag math with reasonable assumptions that trends will continue?  This is wunna them fancy pareto curve thingies, a smart math person should be able to give an informed guess...
