Prayer request for my Mom

My Mom, Cathy, who is many states away just went into the ICU for heart failure, I'm a mess. I'm worried she might die. 

Please, pray for Cathy Sue Craycraft will have a strong heart, bless her doctor's hands, give her the will to live.

How old is she?  Don’t answer if you don’t want to, I just like having something more than a name to focus on.

I have this thing where if someone asks for prayer, I stop what I’m doing, and I actually say the prayer quietly to myself. I believe in the power of that can come from your knowledge that people are actually praying in your behalf. I hope you find strength to get through this day and that your mother has the best of care.

67, chronic pancreatitis and it gave her diabetes II. Once blonde hair now gray. Mother of 6 grown children. Converted in high school after doing a report on the Pioneers. Ill health has prevented her from attending for many years.

I can relate to the lack of attendance, it’s frustrating now I appreciate church more I can’t attend it very often.

Well, actually the other day my siblings were all fixing to take a pilgrimage to her death bed, I was about to get a plane ticket but now my siblings are telling me she'll be "fine". I'm like, a little stuck in denial mode, because what do you mean by "fine"? Aren't heart failures the most serious conditions to be in the ICU? But maybe I should stop questioning my miracle and just be happy?

Thank you all very much, I was feeling so very powerless, I did the only thing I felt I could do. The prayers of the many have joined as one. I have more time to make mom see me fulfill some of her hopes for me.
