Blocking instructions

I’ve been here for many years and I’ve never felt a need to block anybody. When I’ve considered it, I haven’t wanted to take the time to figure out how to do it. If anybody wants the simple tutorial here you go. i’m sure it’s explained somewhere else on here, go ahead and block me if this upsets you lol

1. Click on the menu icon as indicated by my arrow. 
2. select Ignored Users. 

3. in the search bar, type the name of the person that has forced you to kick the wall, gnash your teeth, lose your religion, hurt your feelings, or just basically wastes your time as you argue with strangers online like only a fool would do. 
 

4. send it off into the ether by clicking ADD USER and go eat chocolate. But make sure you do a few pushups so you feel strong after indulging in sweets.  Look at you, reducing chaos and drama in your life. You’re a rockstar in your own world. Enjoy.

I’ve only blocked a couple of people but both times weren’t because I thought ill of them. It was because we could never communicate without it devolving and I also couldn’t seem to stop myself from commenting on their posts. Too much contention and not enough substance and understanding. Putting them on ignore was best for everyone.

I’ve definitely been blocked by people and that is okay. So far, I have not blocked anyone but have been tempted.

Are there instructions on how to take another poster's name off the records if the Church? Like an uber-ignore of sorts?

I paid ten bucks for court transcripts and prison ID documentation, and mailed them to the guy's BP and SP.  That was a pretty dang effective way.
