I think the variable there would probably be more Idaho than small towns in general.

Noah was probably not liked very well but in the end it turned out well for him and bad for those that did not like him. There are many people who have died who did not like the church when they where alive. They are now in the spirit world waiting and begging to have work done for them by us.
