Find out her percentage for me and JJ.” Chad to Lori, “She is at a 0.13. I turned up the pain to 10 and placed a spiritual virus in her. He is at 99.99. Raphael visited him and told him to follow Amy into the light. I also assured him that James would love and take care of his mommy, which he will with all of his heart and soul.” Lori to Chad, “That is sweet! I miss you desperately.”

They were intending to kill Melani’s kids too, at least some.  More money for them.  I wonder if she knew.  She knew one or more was dark iirc.

So the sweet spirit is not Tylee, it is not the “real” Tylee’s spirit coming back to her body out of Limbo.  They didn’t even consider it.  Seems to me this imply they see the only end of kicking an evil spirit out as death of the body.

How hard it must have been for Tylee.  She could not have been unaware her mother saw her as a stranger, an invader, alien, whatever, even when she was trying hard.

This will be mistake to deal with. But I’ll text you if they start acting up and we can zap them. Miserable not mistake.” Chad to Lori, “Sounds great. Yes if they are going to act up, we’ll at least give them a reason to scream. I love, cherish, treasure and adore you. The wonderful memories just keep coming back. you are mesmerizing. Raphael is one lucky guy.” Hart says Lori was on a trip with Melani B. and her two kids – referencing the two 3s in the car. Hart says JJ was present, he’s unsure about Tylee.

Glad they are pointing out her delight at kids suffering….pardon, evil spirits.

He then sends a text saying Lori has lost the protections he gave her and if she will at least respond with a thumbs up, he will work to restore the protections. She responds with, “I love you.” He says he will get to work getting things restored.

She refuses to talk to him so he sends an implicit threat/warning.  His “I swear I am not trying to manipulate you!!! is hilarious.

They manipulate each other just like every one else.  True love for sure!

I understand if you need to get another job.” Lori sends another message to Sidney. “I’m not sure when he will be back but I’m going to travel.” Hart says there was no indication that JJ’s grandparents visited Rexburg.

1:25 p.m. The next slide shows the photo of JJ playing with a cup on the couch. It was taken Sept. 22 at 10:46 a.m. It’s the last known video of JJ. It’s very short – maybe 3-4 seconds. No other videos or photos were found in Lori’s iCloud account after this day.

1:24 p.m. Lori had help from others to care for JJ in Arizona. Hart says after Lori moved to Rexburg, the only source of help he found for Lori was Sidney.

I am going to assume after this date there are no more texts about care for JJ except when Sydney writes again iirc and is again dismissed or ignored.

This would be the following night when his parents rushed up to be with him and the kids in their grieving and he isn’t having fun.  Less than 24 hours after his wife died and he feels deprived of fun.  Otoh, if LVD were there, it would be a blast celebrating his freedom no doubt.

What a jerk, creep, selfish, endless list of less than appreciative labels.

3:19 p.m. Thomas asks Hart about Chad Daybell manipulating people. Hart says he did manipulate people, including Lori. Thomas has no further questions.

I wonder if the response “sure, except for the dead bodies” is a typical response in cross examinations of LEOs in murder trials.

It would appear her lawyers are trying to push the mean mommy stuff was only fantasy of a stressed out woman being dominated by an obsessed, murderous creep and the actual evidence is that she was a good mother in how she actually treated the kids.  

I wouldn’t buy it though because after all there’s what happened to her children and her lack of response there.

Is it possible for the jury to find her innocent because she’s insane? Because putting her on the stand and letting her ramble about all of the stuff could end up getting her off that way, if that’s still an option on the table.

But hopefully it’s not.

Reminds me of a joke ventriloquist Jeff Dunham tells (with help from his buddy, Walter).  Jeff says his wife calls him the hurricane.  Walter "says," "Oh, I get it!  Exciting at first but then it ends in disaster! "  (Come to think of it, actually, that's not a bad metaphor for what has happened between Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow Daybell, either ... )
