Everyone is debating if Audrey is lying or not.  LVD has never locked like that at all this trial or at any other time she has been filmed.

I would not be surprised if she was threatened in vague terms or maybe like Charles was.  But my guess is she added some flourish.  This is a woman who was willing to believe she was married to Jesus.  I think she loves drama and may have been worrying about the threat constantly and inflated what was said, making it worse and worse as time went on until it burst out of her here.

Someone on WS pointed out that Audrey was the only one with a perfect score on the trustworthiness scale.  Hmmm….she seems easily manipulated from her description of being pushed to do everything.  She sounds like she was taken advantage of from day one.

If I were judge, prosecution, or defense, I would be so pissed off now.

It’s the first time I am upset this was not televised.  I hope somehow we get to see a picture of LVD’s expression and everyone else’s face when their jaws hit the table s one.

Truth better than fiction….I am starting to laugh, this is sooooo absurd….if there weren’t at least four bodies trailing this woman and the destroyed and tortured families, it would be a perfect dark comedy.

Besides the address, there were lots of how to video searches before and after the ‘paintball’ shooting….as in how to make a suppressor, how an AR acts in cold weather, ghillie suit, grendel (a bullet type?) drop rate from certain distances, shooting   through car windows and such, thickness of a Dodge car body, etc.  Good chance he was going to try and shoot Tammy again.

I believe just Garth was in the home, no one has said anything about his wife, so I am thinking he is not married.  I believe he is a teacher.  Another son was on a mission (Mark I think), I believe Emma and her family were renting the house across the street.  She was there by the time the coroner got there as she was the one insisting there be no autopsy.  There is another son, Mark and another daughter, Leah.  I think the youngest is Mark, but it might be Seth.  See the picture here:

If Lori had died in 2017, people would probably be saying what a wonderful person she had been, “why do the good die young?” in respect to her.  Maybe we feel it’s the good who die young because many just don’t get a chance to love long enough for their wicked side to show itself.

Looks like two of his kids were living there when Tammy died.  I am assuming they mean Mark because even if he was on a mission, it would be viewed as his permanent residence.  He probably had a room there that was his.  I need to review the coroner’s report on who was there.  I just remember Garth and Emma.

Daybell also told the kids he was going to sell the house and his company, but iirc the kids owned part of the house (inheritance from Tammy) and they convinced him not to sell it.  Bet that pissed LVD off.

Added:  on WS a poster said Seth was living in an apartment he thought was haunted, so he moved back home, so he may have been the second one, but strange as I don’t think he was mentioned at all

So Melani Pawlowski is likely to be a witness soon, so someone put up the doc her new husband created to explain her beliefs to the FBI.  I had forgotten some of the sillier parts.  Again it would be hilarious except for the destruction this was justifying.

This does not surprise me in the least.  My guess is she is trying hard to avoid exposing herself as more involved than she has portrayed herself to be.  For example, she had claimed in an interview there were no planned marriages (downplaying the idea they were in a cult), but Zulema testified that CD had told her she should marry Alex Cox iirc.

When I saw your link, I thought about the church and how they must want to distance themselves from this crazy group of inept, idiotic, self-serving, dimwit, cuckoo for cocoa puffs, in a world of their own, scum from a bucket of raw sewage derelicts.

That is so funny.  As soon as Audrey let loose that bombshell earlier (I ‘heard’ a high pitched, little girl’s voice going “cut me up in little pieces!”), my brain went “here comes another TV movie!”.  I am just trying to decide if they will have the nerve to play it for laughs.  Maybe in 25 years or so.

If Melani P gets disqualified as a witness because she peeked, I hope the judge comes down on her hard because I am finding it hard to believe she didn’t do it intentionally and she made certain to be sure to screw stuff up with her husband as well and let that fact get leaked to the defense in hopes they wouldn’t have to testify or to mess up the prosecution’s case.  I was giving her the benefit of the doubt way back at the beginning when they were still looking for the kids, but everything I have heard and read since them makes me believe she was a conspirator for the attempts on Brandon and even if not directly involved in the death of Charles, Tammy, and the kids, I think she knew about what really happened.

She is definitely deluded like Lori, made from the same cloth. She was at the temple with Lori, Chad and the other Melanie I think, that was mentioned the other day in court. 

She believed in these crazy things, or if not, they are one big scam scum eating group.
