Tacenda Posted July 1, 2025 Posted July 1, 2025 (edited) I think many won't be able to stomach this horrid devil, but it may be interesting for some. I'm waiting for her son to speak out to her sick lies. Here's Nathan's comments afterwards: Edited July 1, 2025 by Tacenda 1

I find it interesting once I am doing it because of the court side of things as I have never watched trials outside of these, except bits here in there. So if someone turned it on, I probably would be lost in it the next few hours. But thinking about checking it myself….just do not care in the least anymore what is happening. I watched the interview Tacenda? posted and she blames Tylee again for killing JJ and herself. Maybe her brother or Daybell told her that or maybe she is a sociopath who just says whatever makes her look good (she was the one orchestrating the lies about Joe Ryan and Colby in the child custody case, so I see no reason not to believe she was the one who pushed for the murders given Charles went first and when Daybell wasn’t involved and it was likely Alex who first tried with Tammy and likely Daybell only acted when forced as there was some info that Tammy had recently found out, iirc). LVD never explains what happened to the bodies or why Tylee wasn’t seen before the last time JJ was seen. I suspect it will end up being Alex wanting to shield both her and Daybell from hurting too much and lying to the two of them about it until shortly before he died. Her excuse for not sharing truth before is, iirc, Big Media or LEOs or both constructed the lies and everyone, even the nice guys bought into it, so the actual truth is just being dismissed. I can’t remember if she specified the texts, but it sounded like to me she is saying they are forgeries, fakes, or whatever you would call them, but I didn’t watch that part of the trial to be sure. Oh my gosh, this woman is psycho….not that we didn’t know it already. Quote Daybell warned that God is building an army in the prison systems. “When Jesus is ready, he will call his warriors from the prison and we will walk free and we will serve him,” she said. But the judge told Daybell she is misinterpreting scripture. “It will take an act of God for you to go free. In short, you should never be released from prison,” he said. 2

This video will be a long one, because it has the victims' family's speaking to Lori and it was very needed! Skip to the end where the judge encapsulates it so well and puts the nail in that coffin.

Unfortunately, with the judge interpreting scripture, there may be a case for a retrial, or at least a resentencing- not that I think the result would be any different.

Oh, I had no idea, interesting. Hope that doesn't happen, she loves to be in the spotlight and spread her evil.

Too bad Spence jumped ship, he could clear up the legalese. 1

Haven’t watched it yet and won’t today, but am wondering if he was using scripture to point out her justifications were false, that she was misusing it separate from his judgement. Hopefully that is what he did. I can certainly understand the desire to argue with her over her interpretations as that would be my inclination in any discussion with her. 1

I'll defer to any attorneys here, and to anyone who, legally speaking, is more erudite than I am. As always, anyone with a personal stake in any legal issue who has questions regarding that issue should contact an attorney who is licensed to practice where the matter arose. There are at least two kinds of errors that a court may make in cases such as this: (1) reversible, and (2) harmless. If an error is harmless, it would make no difference in the result and, thus, there is no reason for an appellate court to overturn the initial result. Only if an error is significant enough, possibly, to have an effect on the outcome of the proceeding will an appellate court revisit it, and, possibly, grant a retrial. I think this verdict is safe. 1

grapevine Posted September 17, 2025 Posted September 17, 2025 Now Chad is writing letters from jail. I believe his daughter Emma is posting them on twitter. Those that read them. Delusional, never did anything wrong himself. Unjustly excommunicated, couldn’t appeal ,it in time. Wasn’t done properly. Knows more than stake leaders called of God. Most apostates don’t think there excommunication is just. didn’t kill anyone. County jail isolated. False beliefs about church in trial. Lawyer didn’t do good job cross examination people. Innocent. Said lawyer said not to talk. He had opportunity to speak but chose not to. Letters delusional. Wonder if children are as delusional as him. 1
grapevine Posted April 2 Posted April 2 I’ve read several books on the case. A couple by a juror in Lori Vallows trial. He published the 3rd one. Not sure I will by it. People don’t ask to serve on jury trials. Some of the people on the trial may have been active LDS and others not members. One Amazon review said it was anti LDS. Perspective of juries. Point of book is what created monsters like Vallow and Daybell. Fundamentalists create those beliefs but like judge Boyce said would any in any religion justify there actions. Not normal Latter Day Saint upbringing. Lore Hellas I think that’s her name co authored another book children of darkness and light. Have t gotten to that book yet. Books I have t read. 2
