And the other side of my card as well.

The other side of the card is not going to work i think. I will try it anyway.

I'm so happy for you! ❤️

I think this will work. The size of the photo is exactly the same

Wonderful !

But suggest you take down the photo- you should not make those numbers publically accessible. Others might copy it and have access in your name to temples world wide

Oooh don't worrie dear mfbukowski. Under on my card is a Dash code. That code is what make's me allow to enter the temple. Not my name. They need to scan my Dasch code bevore they let me in in the temple.

Thank you for your congrats also btw. 🥳🥳🥳 You're to kind. 💙

Edit, changed my photo.

Hey dear LDS member. I just came back from church and now i'm in the supermarket. I don't have food in the house and my grandma doesn't wanna give me anything. So here i'm in the supermarket, because i just need to eat.

I just wanna wish you guys a really nice Sunday. ✝️ I know that it would take longer bevore this timezone would be on your side of the world. But anyway....i wish you all a really nice 🙏Sunday. Make God proud. !!!!!!

Bless you all. ❤🧡💛

Edit, and yes i know that i should fast today because it's the first sunday of the month...but i can't do that with my illness.

I don't think most people fast all of Sunday.  The guidance is 24 hours and 2 meals.  So some people skip Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast and then eat lunch on Sunday after church.  Others start fasting after Saturday dinner, skip Sunday breakfast and lunch and then eat again Sunday dinner. There is no set time of when to start.

And like you say there are different physical things we should be careful of fasting with.  Some just watch it closely and eat when needed.  Some just skip one meal.  Others "fast" something other than food.

I never fast from food due to my chronic illness.  Haven’t done so for 40 years since one of my doctors in Utah told me it was a bad idea for me. He was right for the wrong reason, lol. In the past I have thought about choosing something else to fast from, like putting my devices away for 24 hours, but never followed through on the idea.  Something for me to work on.

Well.. in my case it's a bad idea anyway. 😌

Hi Brother Dario.  I am Ill today, so I may not be going to Church at all and definitely not fasting with purpose — I am fasting because I don’t feel like eating; but my heart joins with yours in wishing all our fellow Saints a happy Sabbath.

What a nice post dear Brother. (someone in my church also always calls me family and brother btw). ❤🧡💛 but uhm...it makes my weak heart melt. Yesterday was wonderfull in church btw. To bad you could come. I hope you will feel better soon. 🫂 I pray for that. 🙏

Hi Brother Dario.  I am with my 96-year old parents for the next few weeks.  When my mother saw that I was dressed for Church this morning she brightened and said:  “I want to go to Church too!”  Fortunately, we had almost 2-hours to get them ready.  We walked into the chapel just as the Bishop stood to open the meeting.  Everyone was so happy to see them.  It was a tender mercy for them to feel well enough to worship with people who know and love them.  I’m feeling very grateful for the Saints here in this small part of the Church.  Happy Sabbath greetings from Oklahoma.

I have a distant relative who just became senior missionaries in Cabo Verde.  Is that near you?

Thank you so much for your nice comments always. It's clear to me that people from Oklahoma are really nice. 💙

No.

I think even Miami is even more closer to me then Cabo Verde.🌎 Cabo Verde is in Africa. I don't live in Africa.

OK. Well they are learning to speak Portuguese, and you have mentioned being among several cultures- just a guess on my part.

Yes, they speak Portuguese in Cabo Verde. (I looked to see if there were 2 Cabo Verdes and discovered the language. Some of the pictures are beautiful!) He lives near Lisbon. There are people, including him, in his ward/branch from other places than Portugal.

Thanks, and I think Dario has mentioned difficulties understanding African members, iirc.

Just wondering

I put 1 and 1 together and got 5.  Oops.

So do you mean your parents were from Portugal or you were born in Portugal and then you moved to the Netherlands when you were very young?
