Question---are these the identical jobs or have they changed in some way, number of hours, amount of pay, benefits, etc....just pointing at the number of jobs increase doesn't give much info, they could have taken each job and divided it with two more people thus resulting in the triple job growth that they've noted...but that would be unlikely to drive other indicators of healthy economic growth.

These are jobs created. As cited previously:

This not one job split into two. It's two separate jobs created for every one lost during the recession. Other indicators such as confidence and housing are booming in Houston.
