Good information leads to Good Inspiration: which path would you take?

1. Which of these paths would you suggest and what have you seen from people who have followed these diffrent paths?

- A brother or sister Temple worker is asked to learn ASL or a foreign language to help patrons complete ordinances

- A brother or sister - with no calling to do so - attends, speaks at, goes to the TEmple with a small foreign langauge branch

Which one of these would you suggest - as these paths seem to create good info?

2. When you have seen people who taught seminary or worked in the Temple or served in other callings for 10, 15 or more years - what has the result been (i.e. they were given callings with more related responsiblity or they had a different calling?)

Why not both?

I don't see a career path in any of the callings I've seen (except maybe Mission Presidents, who most commonly have been bishops and stake presidents).

And I don't know anyone who has spent 10 years or more in any callings except patriarchs , and temple workers and family history workers (for which it has become as much a hobby as a calling)
