It is only 5:39 here and it feels like much later because of dark skies, but I am really enjoying the sound of the rain on my windows and the off and on thunder that has been with us since last night. 1

Stargazer Posted August 21, 2021 Posted August 21, 2021 This looks artificially enhanced, but it isn't. This was taken with my cheapish Canon Powershot. It was the deepest reddest sunset I've ever seen, and was even more dramatic than the photo indicates. This view only lasted for about ten minutes. 23 June 2018, taken from my backyard in West Sussex, UK. 1
