Stargazer Posted July 13, 2020 Posted July 13, 2020 We just got word from our Area Presidency that, with suitable precautions, we can begin to hold baptisms in our meetinghouse fonts again. This is the word being put out to the bishops in my stake at this time. We had limited permission to hold baptisms in the open (lakes or sea) during the last little while, but as the UK government has been loosening restrictions, the Church is carefully following suit. 3

I think that is perfectly reasonable (depending on the precautions). I do hope they include no singing as part of those precautions though. I don't think a baptism is any higher risk than what we are already doing in other settings.
