I too appreciate @MiserereNobis and her ability to read text properly -- even when the source is unclear or misleading.  In fact, it is a great example of how the Catholic Church has impacted education and literacy throughout the world.  If not for the Catholic Church, many many many parts of the world would have not have become literate as rapidly as they did.  This is to say nothing of the education values developed by Augustine etc...

Of course, my post was in reference to myself as at least one who is reading @Kenngo1969‘s posts for comprehension. And to some here — more particularly you — who are failing to do that. 

Your odd reply obfuscated my message, which I suspect was deliberate on your part — and which  makes it all the more understandable why Ken would want to extricate himself from a dialogue in which not all parties are conversing in good faith. 

Incidentally, not that it makes one shade of difference in my respect and esteem for MiserereNobis, but I had always supposed MiserereNobis is male. Do you have certain knowledge to the contrary, or are you merely surmising as well?

Took my family for a little stroll around Temple Square tonight.  Pretty soon it will become a construction zone, one that won't be complete until my little girl is at least seven.

I understand the necessity and I really appreciate the claims of preserving the classic building intact and authentic  (I truly hope so).

But I was a little sad to think on the next four years or so.

Indeed, the Blessed Virgin through me off.  It is such a widely recognized symbol worldwide due to the Catholic Church being a world-leading institution.

I’ve never seen it as an indication of one’s own gender, however, though I have seen it employed as a symbol of one’s personal conviction.

If it’s an iconic avatar well known to be symbolize other things, such as the Virgin Mary (or the Church Lady from SNL) it’s not necessarily indicative one way or the other as pertaining to the author of the post.
