rpn Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 (edited) Maybe this is because of what [make that that guy who solicited logins for what he is] planning for next week --- if everyone does 2 factor, less likely anyone can use your account without your consent, and actual involvement. RSA and Authenticator apps create a random number approx every 60 seconds for an account assigned to them, which is entered when signing in to a site. For example, Amazon and many Banks offer 2FA. The simpliest may be to sign up for the SMS/Text message which texts a random number. If it's not liked, the 2FA can be removed.

Now if they'd fix having to enter in ones password every month even if you're using TouchID on an iPhone then that'd be something to cheer. 1

Now there's less risk of someone hacking in to discover ward fast offering expenditure details. Not everyone should know when hypothetical sister somebody is seeing a counselor, etc. 1

Clerks could review and disallow, but the default was to accept the picture. I decided to test whether good brother oldguy clerk could figure out the computer enough to do it. He couldn't. These days, the picture doesn't show up until the clerk accepts it. Probably because of people like me, except more evil. 1
