strappinglad Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 I was reading/watching various You-tube videos on " The wisdom of " different people. I particularly enjoyed the quotes of Will Rodgers.. Then this video popped up. I found it interesting the way people approached the last minutes of their lives. Note: on very rare occasions there is strong language. Tacenda Posted March 21, 2021 Posted March 21, 2021 I watched three movies back to back, it's almost 2:30 a.m. and cried throughout each one. The first is about a woman that got early onset Alzheimer's. The second is a story of a woman that was dying of cancer and chose the route of dying in dignity and went to Oregon for the prescription to end her life. The third was Two Weeks with Sally Field and her kids rallied around her as she slowly passed away and lived at her house for two weeks. Each show was amazing in that each person was well loved and showed the importance of relationships. And how two of them chose how they wanted to die and what happens after their deaths.

Got it now! 😄 My husband was out of town so I got to binge watch movies, he doesn't get into movies much. The theme of these movies would pop up after watching the first, so that's why they were all so sad. Edited March 22, 2021 by Tacenda
The Nehor Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 If I can avoid dying doing something incredibly stupid I will count it as a win. 3
