  1. 1. Imagine your mind has a difficult time understanding that callings aren't linear; how would you resolve the problem?

    • Read 1 Corinthians 12; give Paul props as he called it apx. 2,000 years ago

    • Sabatogue the dead-man-walking cub scout program, starting with booby-traps in the scouting closet, in the hopes that your passive-aggressive sabotogue will get you released

    • Bury yourself further / hide yourself from consideration fo the calls to seek to pre-empt your not being called (though this might take some doing as you're already in Primary (untouchable), serving a combined wolves and bear cub scout pack (further untouchable by those parasitic Young Men and Elder's Quorum leeches), married to a Primary Presidency member (untouchable as uranium)

    • Apply to jobs at Church HQ as that will compensate for your percieved lack of progression in local callings

The corporate or communal nature of callings, as described in 1 Cor 12, appeals to me as closest to the truth which we all need to face.  And face it we must, even on our darkest days.  It is our practical means of salvation, which too many think of as entirely individual.
