In Hawaii facial hair also has nothing to do with worthiness. Honour code needs to be about honour, not fashion.

I'm envisioning you with pink spiked hair with nose and navel rings attending church in sandals, cutoff blue jeans, bare chested showing off a chest tattoo of guns and roses, and whining about your Bishop because he won't allow you to pass the sacrament.
