Plural Marriage, Europe and elsewhere

Sorry I just need to ask because I'm not sure how clear my thinking is.

With large populations of Muslim people moving into Europe I believe the gov'ts of those countries will allow them to practice plural marriage.  Since their native populatiosn have been decreasing in replacement fertility for a while now, I'm not sure why they haven't already legalized this. 

Regardless of how long the US Supreme Court ignores Judaic, Christian, and Islamic history and marriage practices, I think it will also legalize polygamy and polygny and polyamory; anywhere from 1-20 years is my guess; same time frame for Europe.  Govt's will look to corporate law and divide shares of inheritance and custody according ot tiem of entry into the corporate entity, the poly-family.

So...after it's legalized will the Lord reinstitute it? 

Since we are so close to the Second Coming today, I'm not sure giving His Spirit Children biological bodies will be emphasized to the point of reinstituting the practice beacuse we coudl all just have kids during the Millennium instead of when plagues and famine are covering the earth.  

Then again, perhaps all of the deaths of people from plagues, etc. might warrant such a rush.

...but if that were the case, why not reinstitute the practice in countries where it's currently legal?

1. Not everything legalized is acceptable to the Lord.
2. Plural marriage being legal is not required for the Lord to reinstitute it any more than it was the first time he commanded it in this dispensation.

It is already being practiced.
