That's my understanding too - Elias is a title meaning forerunner (or one who prepares the way). Noah, John The Baptist and even Joseph Smith have been referred to as an Elias.Of course, the exception to this is when Elijah (his actual name) is translated as Elias in the New Testament.

I hate when this IPAD takes over..."wider", hope I got that right. But keep in mind it could confuse "Winder" as well, there in the buckle of the Bible Belt.
