Thanks for your contribution to the board. I've been trying other forms of social media but the inability to issue 'CFRs' on Facebook/others means I keep getting frustrated by irresponsibility and end up coming back here instead.

I don't get Facebook, how do you find others with whom you want to debate. All I ever see are enter-family comments.

Yeah Papa. Or family "blocking" family over politics and religion. I joined Facebook at the request of a guy who used to hang around here. I can't remember his name either. And he's my only friend! I don't think there is that much to "get". Now I remember! Paul...hmmm....cal help me...Paul our Calvinist friend going back to the old days? I wish he was still here. Rhinomelon too.

I love Paul and wish he had been able to stick around longer.  I think he got tired of the message board because of the way people talked about being repulsed by Calvinism.  It was understandable...

 

And I am getting a dead brain moment and may have to go do one of my annual visits to ZLMB to remind me of his full name.

Here are few groups you could debate Mormon topics on. I'm warning you, though, the folks here (both the Mormons and the antagonists) are chump change. A lot of smug atheists go around crowing real loud about how stupid Mormonism is, and they get away with it because 90% of the Mormons there are not the best informed, and the other 10% rarely have the time to engage them.

Enter, if you dare. I keep my eye on these groups and use them to promote my blog, and comment every now and then. Despite my limited participation here, I can say with confidence that things are much better here than on Facebook.
