Unintentional Deletion Of A Few Threads

FYI I was working some setting to remove unapproved posts from spammers and I accidentally deleted 10 threads. Not sure which ones they were but one was started by Dan Vogel on Joseph Smith. That's when I caught the mistake that I should have had the settings delete posts not on threads which is default. Anyways the thread deletion was unintentional and if I got other threads of importance sorry once again.q

Can they be restored from the Wayback machine?

I don't think way back machine will work on this forum. Also I don't know actuall thread names and dates of said thread.

How often are backups done?

Might it be worthwhile to restore the last one (understanding that all new posts/threads since then would be lost)?

Considering one doesn't know what threads are lost save one, it seems that it would be better just to allow things to continue as is. I would hate for the predestination thread to be lost in a reboot, at least before we finish the discussion. It is way too complicated to reconstruct.

So it is my turn to have glitches suddenly appear, I can't see the last icons to appear, the avatars, the new star or circle indicating a new post or the dialogue ballon on the welcome page and last but not least, I can't give rep points anymore due to no arrow....unless I am on my ipad and then I have found all of these things.  Tried to do some updating, will do more if this doesn't go away like all the less annoying ones have done...but this is already lasting longer.

 

Any hints would be nice, I use Safari on the laptop.
