I suggested that since he might have another couple decades ahead of him, he might as well start crafting a follow-up project to Mormon's Codex. cursor Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 (edited) As incentive to purchase your own copy of Mormon's Codex when finally in print, I thought that I'd offer a peek at the style and quality of graphic maps that will be included in the volume. Attached to this post is Map 11 (the final one), entitled "Plausible Jaredite Lands."In exporting this PDF graphic I opted for "Email distribution or web download," to keep the file size manageable. Higher resolutions beyond that include "High Quality (300 dpi images, larger PDF files)," and "Commercial printing." The map graphics that were provided to the Deseret Book art department are raw vector files, which can be output at extremely high resolution. cursor Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 Just made some minor graphic modifications to the map series ... adjustments in line style & coloring, text formatting, etc. Then snail-mailed an updated CD to Deseret Book.

The print version has many illustrations, and they are a must with this subject matter. But the MI site has only text. No illustrations. Good thing I have Nibley's Collected Works in print.
