How long have you had symptoms?  It sounds a lot like long-Covid too.  My wife has long-Covid with very similar symptoms.   With your symptoms it could be several different auto-immune diseases, or could be cancer of some sort.  Have you been seen by any specialists?

Do you have vertigo with it?  The dizziness that feels like the room is spinning around you.  Can be bad enough you throw up or some even drop to the ground.  I get nervous walking up and down or even just by the stairs sometimes, but never happened to me so far.
 

Other possible symptoms are tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and hearing loss that may improve and get worse off and on.  Also a sense of congestion, but not identical to the congestion you get with a stuffy nose or cold.  It feels full, more pressure…I get a sick headache with it where the headache just isn’t pain, but like I have breathed in toxic fumes.  Sometimes it feels like I am in a plane and I keep swallowing or yawning trying to get that pressurized feeling to change.  I had extreme nausea the first year, though I only threw up once or twice (because I was very careful).  I took medical cannabis in very small amounts (I am very sensitive to drugs so tend to take much less than typical) to control that for about six months, but then the cannabis started making things worst, so I stopped using it and about three months later the nausea was all gone as long as I don’t do something stupid or get too stressed out.
 

 It needs a specialist to diagnose and they make lots of mistakes between the different types of vertigo and types of migraines from what I hear.  I think I may even have a combination of positional vertigo (if I tilt my head the wrong way or look up when it’s worse I can set it off as well as only being able to lay down or sleep on my right side) and Meniere’s which is tied more to hearing issues.

Besides low salt and no sugar, your doctor may prescribe anti nausea drugs or motion sickness drugs.  I hear they really help.  I can’t take them because they make my restless legs syndrome worse (feel like I am a guitar string constantly being plucked so my whole body is vibrating so I have to move for relief, but too tired to do so..fun, fun…not at all).  I have also tried a diuretic, but that causes leg cramps for me.  Again I hear those can be really helpful.  They think Meniere’s may be caused by fluid buildup in the ears.  That is why they suggest low salt and diuretics (so you don’t retain water).  There is also surgery options if you have it bad.  Some people get help with a gentle type of chiropractic manipulation called Nucca; not all though, some had bad episodes with it.

I also have fibromyalgia.  Your symptoms could be that as well.  I don’t have the tender points that much, they aren’t that tender, so I didn’t realize I had it and it was just diagnosed as “chronic fatigue” which is what they call it when they can’t explain the having no energy bit.  My daughter was diagnosed with fibromyalgia because she does have the tender points, some days even just laying my hand on her causes her pain.  I was in an appointment with her pain doctor and we mentioned some of my issues because of thinking she inherited them from me and the doctor had me check off the fibromyalgia symptom list and I had 25 of the 30 listed.  Nice to have a better diagnosis and they are giving me much better advice now, but annoying to have yet another chronic disease (I have severe restless legs syndrome, inherited that from my dad, who got it from his dad, who may have gotten it from his dad).

Mayo Clinic is an excellent medical website for information on so many disorders.

WebMD is another one.  WebMD looks like it is available in Spanish, but I don’t know if it can be found in other languages.

Dizziness is awful, especially with nausea.  I would rather have pain any day (except for the severe, I want to die type of pain).  I hope you find something that helps.

I am also really afraid of that. All this have started after the first time i had covid. Well...4 months after the first time. I whas so scared. Didn't know what whas wrong with me. I have thought about every possibility. I am still not 100% sure what i have. But it is turture....every day. 

In the beginning i whas so scared that i jumpt myself into the medical mill. I had done some blood work. And a ultra sound of my whole abdominal area. Nothing whas found. Maked me even more confused but also happy. 

Later on i did another ultra sound of another area. And again i had nothing. 🥳

But my problems where still there. 😭 sometimes so worse that it felt as if i whas dying. 💀

And till this day i have all these problems. And i probably will have this for the rest of my life.☠ Plus damaged lungs.🫁 and i have the suspucion that my kidneys also don't work great because sometimes i can not pie for a long time. 😩

Ooh how horible for you. 💜💜💜 That is not easy for you at all. All the thinks you mention i have. I also have problems with my eyes when i get a really heavy dizzy attack. You know....that i get extremaly dizzy. And problems with my ears. In the past i had it so bad that i coulnd't recognise people from a distants.

I don't actually speak them (much), but I did my PhD research in documents written in Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, a small bit of Latin, and Dutch.

Fijn dus je begrijpt wat ik typ. Dat is voor mij wel prettig want ik heb behoorlijk wat moeite met Engels. Dus het is fijn dat ik dit even in het Nederlands kan doen met jou dan. Dat is veel makkelijker voor mij. Kijk maar eens naar hoe vaak ik mijn teksten moet editen als ik het in het Engels moet typen. 

Wat is eigenlijk een PHD??? Daar ben ik wel benieuwd naar.

Dat is zo lief van je. Ik ben super blij met de LDS kerk. Het maakt mij een beter mens. 

Al moet ik wel toegeven dat ik het vervelend vind dat sommige van mijn missionarissen mij proberen over te halen tot dingen die ik nog niet wil doen. Of waar ik nog niet klaar voor ben. Ik heb er eentje tussenzitten die echt heel streng is. En vaak oordeelt over mij en vindt dat ik niet eerbiedig genoeg ben. Dat ik niet genoeg lees in mijn Mormonboek weetjewel. En dat ik mij niet genoeg bezighoud met het Evangelie. 

En natuurlijk de priesterhood. Dat is ook wel een dingetje.

Actually, I have lived in parts of Indonesia where the elderly people still spoke Dutch to each other. But you're right generally, which is why I only read it. Unless one does very recent Indonesian history, reading Dutch is necessary for research purposes -- both primary and secondary literature.

This can be a hard thing to get right. Church members often have so much love for what they have experienced that they are super keen to 'encourage' others to have the same experiences. At the same time, we believe that one of God's most important gifts is individual agency, which we must respect.

I've spent my time in the Church trying hard to get the balance right. I'm currently my ward's elders quorum president, and this is important for me all the time. Please try to understand that their enthusiasm comes from a place of love and, really, excitement for you and your future.

Ik weet het eerlijk gezegd ook niet hihi. 🤣ik heb alleen het middelbaar onderwijs gevold. En heb mijn VMBO diploma gehaald. Ik wou verder studeren maar helaas zonder succes. Ik ben ik een slechte leerling blijkbaar.

De Nederlandse taal? Het boek is meestal in het Engels hoor. Het heeft verder niks met de taal te maken.

Het boek heeft mij niet veranderd. Mijn doop ervaring en daarna de heilige geest ontvangen heeft mij wel veranderd. Dat heeft naderhand veel impact op mij gehad.

Dat begrijp ik wel. Een deze gast is ook altijd super enthausiast voor mij steeds. Dat zegt hij ook steeds. Hoe blij hij voor mij is. Maar ik voel dat niet zo. Ik ben niet altijd blij. Sterker nog... ik voel me soms extreem despresief. Ook vanwege de ziektes die ik heb gekregen. En hij snapt er echt helemaal niks van. Werkelijk geen moer. Soms vind ik dat wel eens frustrerend.

Deze persoon komt oorspronkelijk uit Idaho. En hij is echt super streng voor mij en ik vind dat niet altijd zo leuk. En ik zeg hem dat ook.

Ik weet het niet... misschien dat ze daar in Idaho extra streng zijn in de kerk??....extra extreem zijn ofzo? Geen idee.

What i mean with that is that he is super strict with all the rules. And he doesn't like it when i don't follow them correctly. Like...the priesterhood for example. He find that i need to accept that as fast as posible. Because "that is how god wants it" he said to me. 

I prefer to wait for a while. Because i feel like i am not ready yet. He don't like that. 

Btw he whas also the guy that have baptize me.

And if you had been in my house last night, I would have served you a medium-rare porterhouse steak with pan gravy and buttered green beans. It likewise would have been your choice whether to eat or not. But that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t feel you were missing out on something really delicious if you declined!

Poterhouse steak? I am vegetarian tough. 😌 buttered green beans i would eat offcourse. Sounds reallt yummy.  I don't see the problem of that. Something really delicious if i would declined? What would that be then.

Well, we started with borsch (beetroot soup), and our second course included four salads: salad olivier (potatoes with egg, green peas, apple, etc.), a rice salad with tinned fish and green olives, a carrot and radish salad with garlic, and oil-dressed homemade sauerkraut. All of that was vegetarian except for the rice salad. Dessert course was a crumble-topped fruit mince pie with vanilla ice cream, and then, as we played cards, we enjoyed a cheese platter with a very soft blue-vein cheese, a firm truffle cheese, Havarti, and Swiss.

That sound amazing. So much food. I harldy eat anything yesterday. Because my parent's didn't invite me and my grandma is a b(....). She hasn't given me anything. No nothing. And she said if you dare take something of that cake i have i will throw you out. 

Sooo. Not much food for me.  But did stolen some cake from her anyway. Because for me it also new year. And while i pay her bills electricety, water, even gas. And a lot of grosseries for that woman. I find that i also may have a piece of cake for the new year as well. So i did take that. And after that i went outside quick bevore she would find out. 

And i spend the rest of the last hours of the old year alone. In a park where i always come. And listen too the firework in the distance. Alone. 😓

And i whas thinking about how much i actually hate my grandma. But may not do that because i am a Mormon. I also questiont myself why my parents did not want me in their stupid home.

Well...i am having to much stress on the moment. Priesterhood i can't right now.

I don't understand why i need to make such a hurry for all of that anyway.
