Road Trip Audio File Suggestions

At least once a year I drive to Utah to visit some family members.   It's a ten and a half hour drive each way.  I enjoy the drive for many reasons, but I really look forward to the opportunity to catch up on some podcast episodes, talks, presentations, speeches, or debates that I wouldn't have the time to listen to otherwise.   I'm getting ready to make the trip again in about a month, so I'm working on compiling my play list.

This thread can be for anyone to make recommendations for whatever purpose.  But I'm hoping to find some things of interest for my trip as well.  

I have a backup plan if I can't find anything new.  I can listen to more of "Saints Volume 1" (I only got half way through it on previous trips).   I can listen again to the book of Isaiah and the BYU Religious Education "Great Are the Words of Isaiah" series along with it (I have those converted to MP3).  Isaiah is always good for a repeat, but I need to be in the right mood for that and alert enough to be able to digest what is being said.   

I generally do better while driving when I'm listening to something that challenges my thinking , something that keeps me interested and engaged.  

Some things that I really enjoyed in the past:

  • LDS Perspectives Podcasts - but there haven't been any new uploads recently
  • Various speeches from the BYU Speeches website.  I enjoyed Michael F. Whiting's "Charles Darwin and the Tree of Life:  Some Assembly Required" (for example).  I have several saved favorites that I listen to again sometimes when I'm in the mood.  I welcome any recommendations from that site. 
  • The BYU New Testament Commentary Conference from October 2019:   I was in Utah last year when Kevin Christensen posted information about his presentation on the book of Hebrews, and it was perfect timing.  I listened to those on my way home and enjoyed all of the presentations related to the book of Hebrews.
  • Presentations by David Bercot from his "What the Early Christians Believed" series 
  • Various non-LDS debates (or LDS/Non-LDS debates) on doctrinal questions (like Arminianism vs. Calvinism), or something like that.  I listened to debates about "Just War" on one trip, that was interesting.
  • FAIR Mormon podcasts
  • Presentations by Daniel C. Peterson - I think I've listened to all of his that I know about, but he is always entertaining.
  • The most recent General Conference talks

I like early Christian history, Hebrew and New Testament textual criticism, Old Testament Jewish studies, the Septuagint, Church History, anything scripture related.  All the fun stuff :)  (And in case Daniel McClellan happens to read this, I will be making a stop half way at a Taco Bell).

I can always fall back on my music collection, and there is usually a point in the trip when I need to do that anyway just to maintain my alertness for driving (I'm going to be alone in my car and will be following another vehicle, so nobody but me will be able to hear my singing).   But I really look forward to engaging my mind in some other way.

Any suggestions?

I've been listening to The Culture Code. while it isn't just what you asked for I have found lots of things in it that could apply to ministering, RS and EQ groups, wards and stakes.  

Years ago I learned a lot from the BYU speech The Hard Work of Understanding the Constitution. It recently came up in my mind a few weeks ago over a new subject and taught me more then too.

Book on tape? Usually the library has them.
