california boy Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 I love Mormons, it is just their behavior that I disapprove of. They shouldn’t be allowed to have so many children. Having more than two children is just disgusting and immoral. Maybe they should not be allowed to kiss their wives after they have had more than two children. And for heavens sake, quit going on dates if you already have two children. Going on dates just leads to more children. I have a friend that is Mormon and he doesn’t believe in having more than two children. Since he is Mormon, we should listen to what he says about having too many children. And what they did to the definition of marriage by having so many wives. Mormons still have multiple wives. I mean anyone who calls themselves a Mormon are all the same group. They all think alike. And shoving their agenda down our throats by going door to door, when no one wants their religion. They constantly throw their religion in our face by putting up pictures of all their hoards of kids on their office desks. TV shows like Sister Wives try to normalize Mormonism and have an agenda behind them. Just recently the series Messiah had a Mormon president in it, and the show The Expanse had Mormons living on an outpost. Our kids are starting to think it is ok for their friends to practice Mormonism. Some are even sticking up for them at school. It’s not really a religion in the traditional sense. I mean before 1830, it didn’t even exist. They just invented it. They shouldn’t be able to call it a religion. Catholic and Protestantism are what we have traditionally always called Christian religions for hundreds of years. They just redefined what Christian religion was and want us to accept and include their beliefs in that definition. They think they have special rights that protects them from practicing their religion any way they want. The Constitution doesn’t say anything about Mormonism. Calling it a religion doesn’t make it a religion. We have to protect our religious liberties. Do you know that Mormons strongly oppose us preaching about the evils of Mormonism from our pulpits? I certainly shouldn’t be forced to issue a marriage license for their secret weddings that I don’t approve of. But I have no prejudice against Mormons. I certainly am not anti-Mormon and resent being called that. It’s a cheap shot. 2

We also often get people on this website quoting someone who is gay (your cohorts) and claiming that because a gay person said it, then it must be true, or at the very least have added weight. As if all gay people think alike. The question I really would like to know is when Mormons read my post, do they still feel like I love Mormons, but just reject their behavior? Or does it feel like I am more anti-Mormon or Mormonphobia if you will, and no real acceptance for Mormons despite the claims of love and respect. Hopefully my post gives people something to think about the message the Church is actually sending to the LGBT community.

I was trying to pretend ignorance of that and unironically agree as a joke. It made sense at the time anyway. I may have been way off. 2
