President Ballard will give it via prerecorded video. One session for adults run by the Bishop and one for Youth and Primary ages 8 and up run by a counselor. On November 17th all children and youth aged 8 and up will be invited to a broadcast given by Elder Gong and the auxiliary presidencies involved (YM, YW, and Primary). 8

Just had two more Webelos advance across the bridge to Scouting at Cub Pack Mtg this week. Both got their Arrow of Light, etc. They both just turned 11. I keep wondering what they're gonna do next year: Maybe institute the Young Pioneer program in order to ingratiate ourselves with Vlad Putin:

I thought the Cold War ended in 1991 or so with the collapse of the Soviet Union preceded by the destruction of the Berlin Wall.

Lenin's Tomb is still a main attraction on Red Square, Vlad Putin still believes in authoritarian rule, and the Young Pioneers continue to exist as the Eastern Bloc and Chinese answer to Western Scouting. 1
