Well, I think he was a garbage of a human and trying to justify his baptism (and sealings/endowment) as legitimate is just an illustration of cognitive dissonance at an extremely high level. Yeah, poor Hitler just needs to repent because he needs God's blessings...I don't buy that for a second. wow 2

Do you think people were just filled with the spirit in the temple when they baptized... "Adolf Hitler..." Or when a man and woman kneeled at the altar and sealed: "Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun" Or how about when "Adolf Hitler" was sealed to his parents and when "Adolf Hitler" received his endowments? This is such a fiasco and failure...

Haha read any priesthood manual and the church's stance on murder. Millions killed isn't enough to make an accurate judgement? I would move on...but the church keeps baptizing him years later...

Can you not admit that it's an absolute embarrassment to the entire world?

I'd also say that baptizing Hitler makes it even more offensive that the church was also doing (at one point) baptisms for victims of the Holocaust. Why? What exactly is offensive about believing that all people must have access to the same opportunities, either in life or death, because only God can judge who is unredeemable? 2

I don't believe he will be allowed to accept the ordinances because I don't believe evil of that depth is redeemable. He has committed the unforgivable sin more times over than we could ever imagine. I don't believe the atonement covers that.

That's about the most backward thing I have heard in a long time.

But I don't believe you lack that understanding so perhaps you are looking to imply something else. 2

How long have you been in the Church?
