When Is It Time To Get A Super Hot Lawyer And Chase Him With An Ambulance?

Thank you!  :D  Are you a personal injury lawyer?  A met a lady at church and I was surprised when she told me there were specialties.  Her lawyer specialized in accidents involving left hand turns.  I wonder if there is anyone who specializes in injuries involving pregnant women?

I was driving home in rush hour on a two lane road and had been completely stopped when the lady hit me from behind. She was not paying attention at all because she braked after she hit me.  It shoved my van forward while I was braking and the guy in front of me felt the jolt even though I didn't hit him.  He got out to ask if I hit him, I said, "Noooo ...." And then he left!  I don't have a cell phone and was too much in shock to even think clearly.  She didn't offer to call anyone, I'm sure because she had an expired insurance card (but thankfully really did have insurance).  She would have gotten two tickets - one for the lack of insurance proof and another for hitting me.  She said, "I guess I wasn't paying attention."  Rather than offer to call for help, she said, "You're shaking.  Do you need to rest before you drive away?"  I started to panic about whether my baby was OK or not and just wanted to get to my midwife at the hospital, so we exchanged info and I left.  Another comment from her, "I haven't gotten in a car accident in a long time."  I don't care!  She was probably texting or something.   Her last car accident must have been at least somewhat recent because her bumper was gone.  My bumper got jabbed by two metal things sticking out the front.  I think if she had had an actual bumper, it may have cushioned the blow.

no worries on cheapest.  This would be a case taken on a contingency.

Is the percentage they take always the same?

Thanks!  Duh, if I had read the whole thread, I would have seen that.  My baby was flailing all over the place while I was trying to read.  I sent you a message.

I just had a very nice chat with CB!  He's very kind and he actually sounds a lot like my father-in-law.  :D  Thank you again for your time!

That's very awesome of you CB.   :good:

Notwithstanding any disagreements we may have had, he does strike me as rather an affable fellow. :)

Never doubted it.  I have come to know that people can disagree with me and still be pretty awesome.  ;)
