Somy old home State makes it a crime for clergy to solemnize a SSM. Is their a free exercise question here? I have alway thought of SSM bans as an establishment of religion, but Indiana may have flipped the issue.

Unless the Church was involved...I don't know why legislation on Gay marriage in every State or Country has become or meets guidelines for MD&D.
