Ares Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 There isn't anything terribly scientific about its use. We can use it to warn someone of bad behavior instead of simply banning or restricting. Sometimes both are done. It does keep a record for us of someones history and if action was taken by other moderators. That helps keep us from doubling up on someone for the same actions.
