Though the tomato is the least of the fruits, pretending to be more a vegetable, I am guessing that many see me as the biggest fruit on the board. Oh the irony. I love tomatoes!!!

Jim The OP is about the behaviour of (cough) Mormon (cough) participants in this forum as fruits of the Gospel. The opinion of LDS doctrinal teaching, as held by a disappointed Protestant zealot, is not a fruit of the Gospel. You are attempting to derail the discussion to your own zealotry. 2

Do you believe true and false teachings are examples of good and bad fruit respectively? Thanks, Jim

Thanks, Jim No. "Fruit" is exclusively talking about results. Jesus said that we could tell true and false prophets by the results of their teachings, not by whether there were people who would be highly offended by them and denounce them as "blasphemy!" Because if that is "fruit," then what are we to say about Jesus? Remember that a lot of very respectable people thought His teachings were false, too. Just like their heirs and successors think the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ are "false" today. 1
