No Politics! Just sharing a link...

The mods may delete this, and that's OK.  I like this link for following how the election is going tonight, so thought I would share:

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics?ocid=spartanntp

It's sort-of real-time.  After tonight it will be irrelevant, so there's no point in any responses here.

Trivia I've heard tonight include this: Senator Lindsay Graham of NC says he voted for Ewan McMillan; Conservative talk-show host Michael Medved says he wrote in McMillan's name (he's not on the ballot in WA).  For whatever that is worth (not much).

I'm so glad this will be over tonight.

I want to express my appreciation to the mods for allowing us to go where the board rules do not go for the past week.  Needed to do some thinking aloud and venting and hearing PoVs that I don't have to care about if I don't want to deal with them.. Being caught in the middle in the family home is not as pleasant as being a middle of the road on the board and speaking up here cut down frustration when I felt certain individuals held intractable positions (everyone but me, of course) and I had to play mediator in a hopeless mediation while not voicing the more extreme responses I was having.  This is really the only area where our family dynamics do not work and the only valid choice is everyone needs to shut up and leave the room.

I am also looking forward to getting back to the no politics rule eventually (not pushing for it to get shut down yet as long as it stays restricted to the few threads we have).

I agree..it has been nice to talk about it..think out loud and sort out our own feelings.  I will give it a week and maybe my son will start talking to me again...:P He is so mad.
