I don't know how well greased that slope is. Adultery is still a crime in 23 of the 50 states in US.

On the books is one thing; whether anybody gets arrested for it is another thing; and whether anyone who might happen to get arrested for it is prosecuted yet another thing, and whether anyone who might happen to be prosecuted for it is convicted is still another thing. It's a long way to Tipperary!
