Calm Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 (edited) The difference between the criminal carrying without a permit and the so called law-abiding citizen is about one bullet.Meaning what exactly?I assume you have something specific you are thinking about, but to say there is no difference between someone who abides the laws and someone who breaks them beyond one bullet....really doesn't make any sense to me as I can think of a number of differences, mainly that one intends to obey the law and the other does not...a very significant difference in my view. IE; Two men are walking down the street. One is a noncriminal carrying a gun, the other is a criminal carrying a gun. How do you tell the difference before they do something with that gun?
