BISMARCK!!! oh man! who would ever want to live in BISMARCK!!! haha! Actually, Blackstrap you are thinking of Grand Forks! They closed the Golden Corral Restaurant and we are getting a Chez Target store here so chances are travel to GF is slim to nothing. I wouldn't mind going to the Temple in Bismarck though

I would be ecstatic if they announced a Temple in either of these countries. Can't believe that I will see it happening in the near future though.

I'm not sure that there is a particular pressing need to have a new temple anywhere, but the Church never ceases to amaze me with the rapidity of temple announcements. So I'll take a stab at it just for fun, but I'm probably way off:

Athens, Greece

There are only about three members in Greece so a Temple being erected there has to be a definite no chance. It would be funny to see though.
