P, J, & J ordained JS and OC, but the other 2?

Thats a good question. OC ordained DW and there seems to be no public statement I can find of MH's ordination. We'd need the church record to say for sure, assuming it doesn't simply give his re-ordination information after his period of excommunication.

AI says Harris was ordained as a high priest in 1831 by Joseph Smith. Now to see if that is accurate

ewww….not looking good, link took me to wiki which needed a citation for that claim

added:  got the year and office correct, person ordaining him incorrectly

Moral of the story:  sure, start your research with AI, but never end it there

Seems like there would be a limited number of possibilities given the size of the Church at that time, but with no name listed nor a specific date, my guess is the info isn’t known.

I'm kind of glad we can't always trust AI! :)
