How can I see if a deceased friend's work was done pevisoulsy in FamilySearch?

Friend passed away a few years ago.

His mom and grandparents were born and raised in UT. He was born there as well.

Not a member in his later years.

Any way FamilySearch can help?

Look up that name in Family Search.

You cannot do the work for a non-family member who died within the last 100 years without written permission of their alive next of kin.   So figure out who that is and ask them whether the temple work has been done and "if I don't know" or "no", then ask them to put in writing that you can do the work for the deceased.

Have you checked Family Search using the name/dob, etc?

You want to baptize your friend offcourse. Understandable. 🫂

But maybe you can visit his grave. Just lay your hands on his gravestone. And just pray. Pray intensely for his soul.  That he may find Jesus Christ again. His savoir. And the portal to heaven. If you do that i think you have done your job. And served your friend.

I'm so sorry for your loss. ✝️
