I now have 100 "Reputation points", so in what is CLEARLY a triumph of quantity over quality, I have been awarded a "Badge" that says I'm "Very Popular"! So here's my acceptance speech: "I would like to thank all of you who, in spite of your better judgment, upvoted one of my posts. I've never been Popular before. I GET IT!! Actually my screen name is the Mongolian word for what is commonly called the Pallas cat. (I went back and voted a "laughing face" for your first post too, so maybe people will think I was smart enough to "get it" the first time... because, you know, if you fail to get jokes - or fail to at least laugh at them even if you don't get them - then how can you STAY "Popular"??) In my opinion THAT particular bar is set RIDICULOUSLY low! Of course I understand why they do it - they want us newbies to feel rewarded and that we are doing well. Anyway thank you for your post - Papa with four thousand likes, still taking time to spread the love to a newbie!! 2

Don’t worry, getting “thousands” of likes, means you have been here a long time, and that you are probably old. For others who have 10’s of 1,000’s, you are either really funny, or like Solomon, filled with the. wisdom of the ages. My comment about the “4K”, was an attempt at humor. Since it did not seem humorous, explains why after 15+ years, i have neither humor or wisdom. Also that others have taken pity on me, while trying to boost my confidence. Believe me, I was not seeking to brag, as it is not in my nature, it was just a poor attempt to get others to add to your account. Which I will do right now, making it 123.
