Granted, I haven't updated it since 2015 because I have moved on to other issues. Nevertheless, the statistics I did provide confirm what I claimed at the time--which, by the way, dealt with a variety of social ills since the homosexual movement in general effectively began, but more particularly since the start of the SSM agenda. The fact that the bizarre and extra-constitutional Supreme Court ruling, that trampled on states rights, came after I stopped blogging on the topic, is irrelevant. Wade Englund Posted May 2, 2019 Posted May 2, 2019 33 minutes ago, rockpond said: A couple notes on confounding factors that should be considered with respect to Wade's claim (that still appears to be unsubstantiated)... Regarding statistics on domestic abuse: I would anticipate reports of domestic abuse among gay couples to increase as gay couples become recognized as such. My understanding is that the legal definition of domestic abuse requires either married or cohabitation with an intimate partner (as opposed to roommates). If an officer of the law did not recognize two men as a couple, it seems to me that abuse might have been filed as assault. As officers increasingly recognize gay couples, you would expect to see an increase in domestic abuse among gay couples. And, the introduction of pre-exposure prophylaxis drugs, may be resulting in an increase in risky sexual behaviors under the belief that HIV is no longer a risk. But PrEP does not offer any protection against other STI's. In any case, we should always apply some of the simple rules of statistical analysis when considering data: watch out for confounding factors AND correlation is not causation. For those still willing to have a reasoned exchanged, as opposed to making unwarranted and distorted drive-by dismissals, and this under the guise of blocking the person you are addressing , domestic abuse statistic include self-reporting as well as police records (homosexuals should know if they are in a intimate relationship or not), and isn't restricted to whether their relationship has been legalized or not (relatively few homosexual relationships have been legalized) In other words, the increase in domestic violence isn't from suddenly recognizing that a small minority of homosexuals are in domestic relationships. It is because increased indulgence of harmful behaviors beget increased harmful behaviors. But, don't listen to me. I am just trying to red-pill on homosexual issues. Better to put a smiling face on an increasingly decaying body. That will make it all better. Thanks, -Wade Englund- 2

It seems bizarre to comment about and make request of someone you have blocked. However, on the off chance that you see this, check out my my response to California Boy's statistics. (I'm going to try to unblock you to see your response....I really don't like having anyone on block anyway....) As for evidence of increases in HIV's, see my response to californiaboy above. In short, according to the chart he supplied, new cases per year of HIV among homosexuals and bi-sexuals increased from 24,200 to 24,800, or 2.5% jump. (keep in mind that the movement to legalize homosexual relationships began in the early 70's, and domestic partnerships or civil unions were legalized as early as 1990) I will post other statistics later this evening--I have to go to work. ALarson Posted May 2, 2019 Posted May 2, 2019 (edited) Here a some good information that is very recent (February 2019). Quote https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2019/0227-hiv-prevention-stalled.html The dramatic decline in annual HIV infections has stopped and new infections have stabilized in recent years, according to a CDC report published today. The report provides the most recent data on HIV trends in America from 2010 to 2016. It shows that after about five years of substantial declines, the number of HIV infections began to level off in 2013 at about 39,000 infections per year. So, there was an overall "dramatic decline" (not increase as Wade claims) that has now leveled off. Any increase seems to be tied to certain populations with an overall decrease: Quote New HIV Infections in America In addition to the overall trend, the new report examines HIV infections among multiple subgroups. Data indicate that annual HIV infections declined in some populations, but increased in others. CDC estimates that from 2010 to 2016, annual HIV infections: Remained stable among gay and bisexual men, who continue to account for the largest portion (about 70 percent) of new infections. However, trends varied by race/ethnicity and age: By race/ethnicity, infections remained stable among black gay and bisexual men; increased 30 percent among Latino gay and bisexual men; and decreased 16 percent among white gay and bisexual men. By race/ethnicity and age, infections decreased more than 30 percent among black gay and bisexual males ages 13 to 24; remained stable among Latino gay and bisexual males ages 13 to 24; and increased about 65 percent among both black and Latino gay and bisexual males ages 25 to 34. Decreased about 17 percent among heterosexual men and women combined, including a 15 percent decrease among heterosexual African American women. Decreased 30 percent among people who inject drugs, but appear to have stabilized in more recent years. CDC estimates that the decline in HIV infections has plateaued because effective HIV prevention and treatment are not adequately reaching those who could most benefit from them. These gaps remain particularly troublesome in rural areas and in the South and among disproportionately affected populations like African-Americans and Latinos. Edited May 2, 2019 by ALarson 1

Popular Post california boy Posted May 2, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 2, 2019 (edited) What difference do any of these claims make anyway. Are we suppose to start pulling up statistics about how much porn is viewed in Utah? Or dredge up the whole 150,000 Ashley Madison accounts in Utah and over 6000 in Provo alone. Or how divorce is up among members? Do we judge each group by the worse of that group? This valedictorian speech was picked up by press throughout the world. Why? Because they thought they saw a more welcoming Mormon Church and a more welcoming university to those that are gay. Wake up Wade, The Church and its members have moved on since your smearing blog from several years ago. Wade, you may want to remain the guy that demonizes gays every opportunity you get. But as you can see from the responses you are getting, people aren't on board with your smear tacit. They aren't applauding the hate the gays speech in the Marriott Center. They are recognizing that you can be gay and still be considered a son of God and have a wonderful life no matter what path they choose. Time to move on and quit feeding the beast and try to stop this thread from turning into yet another gay bash that so often happens. Let's celebrate the positive that initiated this thread and ignore those with an anti gay agenda. Edited May 2, 2019 by california boy 6
USU78 Posted May 2, 2019 Posted May 2, 2019 (edited) I'm hoping Wade doesn't mind, but I'll get this party started. From the NCBI: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28608788 And from the CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/msmhealth/STD.htm Quote Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) have been rising among gay and bisexual men, with increases in syphilis being seen across the country. In 2014, gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men accounted for 83% of primary and secondary syphilis cases where sex of sex partner was known in the United States. Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men often get other STDs, including chlamydia and gonorrhea infections. HPV (Human papillomavirus), the most common STD in the United States, is also a concern for gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men. Some types of HPV can cause genital and **** warts and some can lead to the development of **** and oral cancers. Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men are 17 times more likely to get **** cancer than heterosexual men. Men who are HIV-positive are even more likely than those who do not have HIV to get **** cancer. Edited May 2, 2019 by USU78 1

I suspected that your interest, at best, was only in confirming your bias. When you can so easily dismiss as "weak" statistics from the Center for Disease Control (the preeminent government agency for infectious diseases like HIV), and which were posted by someone on your side no less, it is clear that no statistical evidence will suffice and that the truth isn't what you are after. I will wait to see if @JulieM is still interested and if she is willing to accept CDC statistics as legitimate and sufficient. Or how divorce is up among members? Do we judge each group by the worse of that group? Typically, when more than .2% of a given population is newly infected each year with a life-threatening disease, most people wish to take notice so that health and life-saving interventions can be put into place. In fact, there are government agencies, like the CDC, devoted to that end. Evidently, though, certain homosexuals and supporters could care less. After all, to them it is just the so-called "worst among us" who are suffering and dying. It astounds me what some people are will to overlook, and the costs in human health and lives they are willing to sacrifice, to artificially prop up devolutionary and immoral behaviors. But, such is our upside-down world. Thanks -Wade Englund- Edited May 3, 2019 by Wade Englund 2
