Could be significant If you're really replying to Duncan, then the Winnipeg Temple will have one: (Note: this does not look like a 'shopping mall' to me, though I did prefer the use of Tyndall Stone for geologic reasons ...) If you're actually referring to the Kinshasa Temple, I'm not sure putting anything gilded on top of a building in the DRC is a good idea. Same in Port-au-Prince, Haiti: Edited January 9, 2019 by Hamba Tuhan 1

Calm Posted January 9, 2019 Posted January 9, 2019 (edited) I assume he means not wise to put such things in front of desperate people (80% of the DRC is at extreme poverty level according to wiki, Haiti is poorest country in Western Hemisphere). It might be too tempting a target or lead to assumptions of riches inside and people would get hurt. Edited January 9, 2019 by Calm 4
Hamba Tuhan Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 Though maybe the current trend is just towards angel-less temples. I don't think San Juan would have the same concerns as either Kinshasa or Port-au-Prince: 1
