But that's not how you defined it above (which was "[r]acist is someone who believes that their race is superior to other races and acts accordingly" and Bunker certainly acted accordingly) and unless you are older than 55, I would like you to demonstrate that "racist" was limited to white supremacist groups because it certainly wasn't in my experience in the several areas across the country where I grew up.

Are you bored today with nothing to do while you wait for someone else to get done with what they have to do, putting off an undesirable task or something like that?  

 

Have you watched all of conference yet including the Women's Meeting?  Much better use of time than looking through old threads for jokes imo.

Maybe there ought to be an automatic lock on threads more than, say six months old.

at the risk of getting blasted....it is the same thing Missionaries do.  When I was a missionary in a Catholic Country, we went to folks to tell them why the Catholic Church was bad and how it was responsible for poverty in Latin America, etc.  It is how we were taught to teach.

 

I think we should look at Mormons do before we are negative to others.  We all do what we think the Spirit tells us to do....I did not think the LDS Church was bad in how we taught Catholics, nor do I think the Catholic priest is bad.

 

As to the Catholic Eucharist.....they believe it is a miracle how it becomes the Flesh.  There is as much Scriptural Evidence for that as their is for many LDS teachings.

 

Miracles are miracles...whether they are LDS, Catholic, or any other faith....

This is taught by some rogue missionary leader.  Such is against church policy, so yes, consider yourself blasted.  It is NOT what "missionaries do:" if they follow church protocol.  This is a technique inspired by the father of lies.  He wants to destroy our missionary work.

 

Give us your mission name and name of the mission president and I will personally report this to the Missionary Department for correction.

 

I am serious, so let's get this taken care of.

Shoot. Its kind of weird to see what you have forgotten. What you said a couple years ago. But as soon as you see it you know its you! Anyway...Fr. Longenecker...I don't know if I knew this then...but he despises my kind of Catholicism as much as he does your kind of Mormonism. God help him. Of course I acknowledge his priesthood...and his foolishness.
